Open my eyes to see what i have


Changes made at the mind-heart level have a more fundamental effect on our healing than any other lifestyle modifications we may make.

Try balancing & nourishing our life with the most basic emotions of gratitude & love. Being grateful for every little thing makes us more aware & appreciative of all we take for granted, focussing on what we dont have. shift your mind to all that already with you & see for yourself how much better you feel. Simply feeling gratitude for your eyes, vision that you can read this, the clothes your wearing, the home you have, the shoes, bag, books, all the small stuff we tend to forget. Its all with you. see & appreciate them.
